Pla Electro Appliances (p) Ltd. was founded by a group of young engineers and businessmen in 1965. They had experience of working at ABB etc. The company has it's office and factory located in the heart of Mumbai i.e. the industrial capital of India.
This strategic location provides easy access to various resources like research centres, scientists, consultants, test laboratories, electronic component market, man power etc. Factory and office in the central suburb of Mumbai makes communication, personal meetings, inspection, after sales service very easy and economic.
PLA has entered into radiation monitoring instruments since 1973. With it's strong R&D and manufacturing background, PLA has kept on expanding it's product line since then.
With the expanding product line, the customer base has also grown phenomenally. All DAE units, Industries, Nuclear Medicine Departments for Pathology & Cancer treatment etc. are using PLA's radiation monitoring products.
